I want to THANK CARE TEMP for helping me during this 115 degree heat wave. I had no AC and my house was 98 degrees. Some community members recommended DK SLEDZAK, BERGE HVAC and CARE TEMP. Care Temp was the ONLY company that answered the phone during the holiday heat wave and sent a tech out that day to fix my AC. Care Temp gained a new customer and it has been 1 week and still no return phone call back from the other companies. THANK YOU CARE TEMP for your help and for caring for us old people!!!! I live in Whiting and I called Care Temp because my AC was not working. I spoke with the office and immediately was given an appointment. Since my ac is old, I didn't want to take any more chances of it not working during the summer time so I asked the tech for a price to replace it. I called Care Temp and told them my heat was not working. He called me back in about 30 minutes and said he was on the road and could be there within the hour. He showed up in 30 minutes. Well, big thanks to Fred and his wonderful, hardworking team that worked clean, and we never knew they were there. They had a big job here: they removed all the ductless A/C we had for 10 years that were breaking and garbage, and installed ducts all through our 2-story house. Because we have baseboard heat, we had to clear out our filled attic to make room for these guys, and very, very happy with the installation. I would recommend them to anyone. Took about a week of them working pretty much all day each day. So again, call Care Temp for your A/C needs. Very happy. Marthe & Dave.

Great service that saved a very cold night. Thursday night, 7 p.m., my parents' boiler wouldn't run. Temperatures in the teens outside and the temp inside was quickly dropping. I call the Care Temp number on their boiler, and they get back to me within minutes. The service rep spent 20 minutes of his time troubleshooting the issue with me. For free! I tried to offer payment, but he wouldn't accept it. Saved a very cold night, and the cost of an after-hours service call. Highly recommend this company. Thanks Care Temp!

Not only did Freddy and his team come out immediately, but they were very easy to work with, neat, and helped solve the issue with my AC right away. I had an issue with my A/C Memorial Day weekend, and Freddy showed up the same day to find a Freon leak in my condenser. He was able to not only get my A/C back up and running, but he got us through the summer. He was so amazing we had him come back in the spring to replace the entire system. I recommend this company to everyone that has heating and air conditioning issues. Keep up the good work!

Shortly after having called the company that I have used for over 5 years to come out for service, I called Care Temp for a second opinion. I'm very glad that I did!! My neighbor strongly recommended them. My company had told me that the unit was unrepairable and needed replacement. About 20 minutes after diagnosis, the tech from Care Temp said that it was a failed capacitor. The tech installed it and checked the rest of the system. It is working beautifully! Very happy I called, and so is my wallet. Thanks, Care Temp. Truly the company that cares.
